This machine adopts latest Rexrtoh-Bosch (Germany) servo motors and control system, including: unwinder, web-guider, lamination, register die-cutter, slitter and dual rewinder. The register die-cutting system is our patented product, it can be full rotary or semi-rotary die-cutter according to the production requirement. When ZM-320 runs in semi-rotary mode, the tension among unwinder, web-guider and rewinder will be synchronized (different from traditional intermittent type), the material will not slip during die-cutting. Semi-rotary die-cutting unit adopts one big magnetic cylinder, simply changing the flexible die can satisfy different applications.
